Hannah & Ted
I grew up on a farm in rural Northamptonshire where my family still farm. After school I went to Nottingham Trent University and studied BA (Hons) Textile Design. After university I moved to London and embarked on a career in the corporate world where I was accountable for multi-million pound retail budgets. My career took me to the South West, where I mainly lived since 2005. In 2016, I decided that the office environment was no longer for me and for my own wellbeing I needed to get back to my roots by spending more time outside. Dog walking allows me to spend time walking fields and footpaths accompanied by some lovely furry friends! I am also a Stress Management Coach, helping others to prevent, manage and recover from stress.
Meet Ted, my best friend.
Ted is a 5 yr old tri-clolour, smooth coated Jack Russell. Ted's dad is a working Jack while his Mum has been shown at Crufts. Ted is Cornish and his kennel name is Cornish for 'Christmas Stocking'.
I describe Ted as an a-typical Jack; he isn't loud, yappy or mouthy. In fact, it took my next door neighbour a month to find out that I even had a dog! Ted has been fully house-trained since he was 12 weeks old. He is not a chewer and has not eaten or ruined any household items or any of my belongings. Such a good boy!!
Ted is very friendly when it comes to other dogs; he loves meeting new doggy friends and he has no problem with cats, he just tends to keep out of their way. Ted is whole so please bear this in mind if you are the owner of bitches as we cannot sit when a bitch is in season.
Ted's favourite things are balls of any size and shaky toys. He loves duck jerky, goats milk and peanuts. He is a Mummy's boy, very demanding of cuddles and loves curling up with me for a nap. He also loves a bath or a shower; I sometimes hear him jumping into an empty bath upstairs in the hope he'll be in for a pamper session!!
